Rather than confronting Saitama, he chose to become friends with him by taking care of his dogs.
Does Speed-o’-Sound Sonic Know How Strong Saitama Is?
Speed-o’-Sound Sonic vowed to defeat Saitama and swore to never stop rivalry after losing to him in their first encounter. Sonic quits his job and devotes all of his energy to training after realizing his strength. After three one-sided losses to Saitama, Sonic accepts monsterification as a means of achieving his objective of one day surpassing him, but he trains anyway.
Does Mumen Rider Know How Strong Saitama Is?
After Saitama saved him from Deep Sea King, Mumen Rider realized of Saitama’s strength. Mumen Rider, who had seen through Saitama’s action of show-stealing fraud, sent him a letter expressing gratitude for saving his pride in his courage, whereas the others had quickly turned against him.
Does Fubuki Know How Strong Saitama Is?
Fubuki was concerned about her rank, so she approached Saitama in an attempt to convince him to join the Blizzard Group. Intrigued by how the Saitama effortlessly denied her request, Fubuki starts to attack him with all her strength, but Saitama easily avoids her attack and scolds her for going there mocking lower ranks, to later protect her from Genos and Sonic’s attack. Fubuki realized just how strong he really is after witnessing him use his Serious Side Jumps to defeat Sonic. But Fubuki isn’t giving up on Saitama; she’ll use any means necessary, even force or trickery, to get him to join her.
Does Genos Know How Strong Saitama Is?
In theory, nobody knows what Saitama is capable of, not even himself. Genos is the only one who knows about 90% of Saitama’s power. Remember Garou’s fight with Saitama before everything being restored? To catch Saitama’s attention, Garou killed Genos. Currently, if you haven’t read One Punch Man all the way through, this doesn’t make sense. Throughout the entire fight, Saitama holds Genos’ core, and at the end, he travels back in time to return it to him. Once everything has been fixed, Genos witnesses the entire battle and sees his core in Saitama’s hand. Though Genos remembers, Saitama does not remember fighting Garou.

So, nobody really knows exactly how strong Saitama is, but the closest is most likely Genos.
